We use Special Delivery to ensure that all bouquets & arrangements are handled with the utmost care due to their delicate nature.
Shipping
All items will be delivered by Royal Mail, Special Delivery.
We use Special Delivery to ensure that all bouquets & arrangements are handled with the utmost care due to their delicate nature.
Your order will leave us late afternoon and will arrive with you by 1pm the next day (Monday to Friday, excl Bank Holidays), excluding Highlands & Islands post codes, where delivery will be before 5:30pm.
This provides a more personal & efficient service.
Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost.

We offer a delivery service to the local area within the following postcodes:
EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX6, EX7, EX8
Local Delivery – £10
Local Saturday Delivery – £15
If you are located outside of the above areas and shipping your order is not suitable – please get in contact and we will see how we can help.
Collection
If you are in the local area, we are happy to offer free collection – a day and time will be arranged on completion of your order.
Returns – Refunds/Exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange as each item is made to order.
In the event that your order should arrive badly damaged or not as described we will of course look to exchange or refund. Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of your order arriving) and we will be in contact with you with a solution.
